LEY 7/93, de 30 de septiembre, DE CARRETERAS DE CATALUÑA
AL ARTICULO ANTERIOR AL ARTICULO SIGUIENTE

Art. 44. Nulidad de autorizaciones y licencias.

Son nulas de pleno derecho las autorizaciones administrativas y las licencias otorgadas contraviniendo lo establecido en la presente Ley.
