DEFINICIONES Y CONDICIONES GENERALES.

31. Ámbito de aplicación.

Las normas de este Título se aplicarán a las características técnicas, funcionales y particulares de los distintos tipos de accesos a las carreteras convencionales ya existentes.

Los accesos a carreteras convencionales que se construyan con posterioridad a la entrada en vigor de la presente norma se ajustarán a lo dispuesto en la Norma 3.1-l.C., Trazado, de la Dirección General de Carreteras.
